Mongkul Leat temple is in the forest, about 900meters south of the Victory Gate. This sandstone temple was built between the late 13th and early 14th centuries. According the temple inscription, the temple was dedicated to a Brahman named Chey Mongkul Leat and to his mother. Chey Mongkul Leat was a teacher of King Krintravarman.
